I am so happy you are choosing to reach out.

It’s very easy to schedule an appointment by clicking the button on this page. If you would rather contact me by email or phone, please provide your full name, email, phone number, and some times you will be available for a free twenty minute consultation. Please let me know what the best way to contact you is, otherwise, I will plan on reaching out by email.

Your confidentiality and security are extremely important to me. Email is not a secured means of communication so please keep messages as broad as possible and try to limit them to information about scheduling. While confidentiality is a big part of a therapeutic relationship, this does not take effect until after we choose to work together and commit to doing so in writing.

Getting Started

We will start with a fifteen minute phone or video consultation, where we will talk about what is going on in your life and how therapy can help. It will give you a chance to get a sense of my personality and what it will be like talking to me. This time is focused on determining whether I will be a good fit as your therapist and whether online therapy is right for you.   At the end of the consultation, we will work together to decide if scheduling an assessment is a good next step for you.

Investment

What are your fees and how long do therapy sessions last?

I understand therapy is an investment and aim to be as transparent as possible about my fees. We will discuss what session length is best for you. Our initial session will be 75 minutes.

Initial Session (75 minutes): $240

Individual Session (90 minutes): $280

Individual Session (60 minutes):  $195

Individual Session (45 minutes):  $150

What types of payment do you accept?

At the time of your first session, I ask you input a credit card to keep on file in my secure payment system. I accept all major credit cards along with Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). At the end of each session, your card will be charged.

Do you take insurance?

I don’t accept insurance but am happy to provide you with documentation (also known as a Superbill) for out-of-network benefits. If you plan on using these benefits, I highly recommend you contact your insurance company to make sure they cover telehealth services and ask how to submit for reimbursement.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if you provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late to a session, you may lose some of that session time.
